10–2000kW. Open, soundproof, containerized, trailer or 6.3/10.5kV high voltage. The most forgiving choice for standby and for sites where any technician can service it.
20–1000kW. Natural gas, LPG, biogas and oilfield associated gas. Gas treatment, mixer, pressure regulation, safety interlock and paralleling included.
30–1000kW. Ambient-temperature liquid fuel, almost zero sulphur, far lower particulate matter than diesel. Fuel system built with alcohol-resistant materials.
PV-diesel-storage microgrids, grid-tied peak shaving, off-grid and UPS support. The battery takes the fast peaks and the genset takes the long hours.
Currents are calculated at 400V/50Hz and 480V/60Hz, three phase, power factor 0.8 — use them to size cables, breakers and transformer headroom.

We are a factory. Shenzhen Fudongkang Generator Co., Ltd. was founded in 2010 and our plant is at 18-31B, Jiuwei Second Industrial Zone, Hangcheng Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen. Assembly, load testing, soundproof canopy fabrication and container power station integration are done in-house. Factory visits and third-party inspections (SGS, BV, TUV, Intertek) are welcome — just give us one day's notice with the visitor list.
Yes. 50Hz sets run at 1500rpm with 400/415V (or 380/220V). 60Hz sets run at 1800rpm with 440/480V (or 380/220V, 220/127V). Voltage is fixed at order through the alternator winding, not by an external transformer. Frequency must match the destination grid — a 50Hz set cannot be converted on site, so the grid parameters are confirmed in writing before production.
FOB Shenzhen (Yantian or Shekou) includes the genset, standard accessories, canopy or container as configured, factory testing, export plywood packing, inland trucking and China customs clearance. It excludes ocean freight, insurance, destination port charges, import duty and certification fees. CIF, DAP and EXW are also available, and the quotation lists both included and excluded items with reference prices for the exclusions.
It depends on kW and canopy. Open or small soundproof sets (10–100kW): 3–6 units in a 20GP. 200–300kW soundproof: about 2 units in a 20GP or 3–4 in a 40HQ. 400–500kW: one unit per 40HQ or a flat rack. Above 800kW: one unit per 40FR or break-bulk. Weight, not volume, is usually the limit: a 20GP is capped at roughly 28 tonnes including tare, and a large set with canopy and wooden case gets close to that quickly.
We supply or assist with CE (Machinery Directive, LVD, EMC, with Declaration of Conformity and CE marking), EAC for the customs union, SONCAP for Nigeria (product certificate plus shipment certificate), SASO/SABER for Saudi Arabia, and general documents such as CO and FORM E. Scope, cost and lead time are stated in the contract so that a shipment is not held at the destination port for a missing certificate.
Standard lead time: 7–15 days for 10–200kW stock models, 20–30 days for 200–500kW, 30–40 days for 500–1000kW, and 40–60 days above 1000kW or for imported platforms. Soundproof canopy, container station, paralleling panel, high voltage or special voltage add 5–15 days. Warranty is 12 months or 1000 running hours, whichever comes first; imported engines follow the original manufacturer's terms. During warranty, spare parts are air-freighted and the first three days of site labour are covered.
